Magical AR Halloween

Challenge

When councils and community groups run a Geo AR activation at Halloween, they often want something extra to make the event feel festive and family-friendly. But planning themed activities takes time and budget that isn’t always available.

Solution

As a free add-on for clients running Geo AR games, we provide a set of four AR posters that turn any space into a digital Halloween hunt. Families scan the posters with the app to unlock mini games filled with cheeky ghosts, friendly bats, and hidden pumpkins. The posters can be displayed indoors at community centres or outdoors in parks and along trails. Clients can even add their own logo and custom text outside of the trackable area, making the posters feel like a local initiative. As part of our activation package, councils and organisations also receive supporting social posts and printable Halloween cards that residents can share with friends.

Positive Impact

These four posters make it simple and cost-free for clients to add Halloween fun to their activations. By mixing technology with seasonal spirit, they encourage families to get outside, explore, and celebrate together. The posters offer an easy, spook-tacular way to engage communities and pair perfectly with bigger Geo AR games like Magical Park or Captain Green.
